OpenText Right Fax Error "Problem converting Fax Body or Cover Sheet"
When trying to send an Email via RightFax, clients receive the error "Problem Converting Fax Body or Cover Sheet". Upon further inspection of the job, you can see the history of the page reads "Error (0x3E6) Converting TEXT (Attachment #0)"
After calling our OpenText Support, I was pointed to my RightFax server, in the Application Logs directory which detailed the error:
LWSPDF:Unable to initialize PostScript module. This server
is not licensed for PostScript..
